Is there any Lactose in any of these Products?
Absolutely NOT! We do not incorporate any “Milk Base” products in our formulations.

Are there any “Preservatives” in these Products?

Is there any “Caffeine” in these Products?
Absolutely NOT! We are extremely health conscience at this Company! We only formulate and manufacture the “Finest Health Dietary Supplements in the World!” The only formula, which contains a very small amount of caffeine, is the “Gingko Biloba & Green Tea”. The latter has about a quarter of the caffeine content, by liquid volume, of coffee.

How do I take these products?
Each tablet is formulated to be consumed daily as a dietary supplements addressing specific issues. Dissolve one or more tablets (you can combine products like Immune Forte with Vitamin C for a double whammy) in 6 to 10 oz (depending on number of tablets being dissolved) of water or a juice like orange juice. These products should NOT be combined with milk or any hot beverage.  And each product should be consumed within an hour of dissolving. 

Note: Mixing the different effervescent formulas produces a powerful punch and tastes good too.

 

How many “Immune Forte” tablets should I take daily?
This is a powerful formula that enhances your immune system.  It is designed to be taken daily preferably in the morning.  It is not advisable to take this product after 5 pm as it provides too much energy and might inhibit sleeping. The formula is so nutritious that it immediately boosts your immune system and energy level. The dosage should be increased to two (2) a day and consumed within 6 hours of each other especially in times or situations where illness and/or exhaustion are present.  In those circumstances, it is advisable to add 1 tablet of Vitamin C-500 to each dose of Immune Forte.

 

NOTE: For anybody on a weight loss program, it is highly recommended that you supplement with the Immune Forte to ensure that you get your recommended daily supplementation.  It will also provide an energy boost.  

 

How many “Gingko Biloba & Green Tea” tablets per day should I take?
The suggested dose is 1 to 2 tablets daily depending on what you want to achieve.  If this product is being taken as a part of a weight loss program then 2 tablets are recommended.  If on the other hand you are taking it to improve memory or simply for the mega dose of antioxidents then perhaps 1 tablet a day will suffice.  It is up to each individual to decide for themselves what dose is right for them. The “Green Tea” improves the metabolism which help with weight loss.  While the “Gingko Biloba” improves memory. Mixing this formula with the Immune Forte and/or Vitamin C-500 will also produce an even bigger bang.

How many “Vitamin C-500” tablets per day should I take?
On the conservative side, we recommend taking 2 tablets of Vitamin C (a total of 1000 mg) taken within 6 hours of each other.  If you are suffering from a cold or the flu or feel either coming on, it is recommended that you double the dose to 4 tablets taken within 6 hours of each other. 

Can I take these dietary supplements while on medications? 
It is advisable to seek the advice of your physician when taking any medication.

 

How much water should I use for taking the products?
Depending on the number of tablets you are taking for 1 tablet we recommend 6 ounces of liquid - for 2 to 4 tablets at the same time increase 10 ounces of water.

When should I take an Immune Forte if I am travelling?
Although this supplement is meant to be taken on a daily basis, if it is not then it is recommended that it be taken a day before traveling and then 2 tablets every day while taveling.  Start in the morning and then again 6 hours later.
