How do I return an item?

Returns and exchanges:

Please email info@wondrousproducts.com or call 866-288-2479 between the hours of 9-5 EST Monday-Friday for a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and return mailing instructions.
Wondrous Products LLC will gladly recredit your card upon receipt of the returned merchandise minus shipping/handling charges and a 20% restocking fee. The company will only pay for return shipping on defective merchandise.
The company will not accept returns on opened merchandise or returns that are over 90 days from date of purchase.
The Wondrous Relief Power Pack and Ucure Power Break products are not returnable.

Sending a package:

Clearly write RAN and the number on the outside of the package and include the original invoice inside with the merchandise.
A package without a visible RAN on the outside of the package will be returned to sender.
A return without an invoice may not be recredited to the sender.

Follow the same instructions for defective merchandise and exchange items.

Shipping:

Orders are normally packed within 1-2 business days unless otherwise noted and shipped via UPS or Priority Mail.
The package may be in route for 4-10 business days from the time your order is placed until you receive your shipment.
We quote shipping charges to international destinations.
You will be subject to a $25.00 charge for orders placed with www.wondrousproduct.com which are then refused when delievered to the customer.

Note: If the shipper cannot deliver your order due to your incorrect shipping information at the time the order is placed, you will be charged for the shipping and handling to the corrected address.

Chargebacks:

You will be charged a $50.00 fee for an invalid chargeback.
Please note that the company name on your credit card statement will appear as Wondrous Products.
